Day 01    Arrive Paro, Drive to Thimpu.
On Arrival at Paro Airport you will be received and driven to the capital city Thimpu.
En route visit Simtokha Dzong, the oldest fort of the Kingdom which now houses the School for religious and artistic studies.
On arrival check in to your hotel. Thimpu, the capital of Bhutan, situated Lying at an altitude 2320m above sea level, is a fine mix of old and new culture. It also boast the tag of only capital in the world without streetlights and instead rely on the gestures of the traffic police.
Evening is at leisure .

Day 02    City Tour

Visit the TashichodzongDzongs (forts) in Bhutan are often built without the nails or written plans. The dzong houses the monks in summer and is the seat of government or you can say the king's office. There's a beautiful cantilever bridge also, just below the dzong.
After the Dzong, visit the National Library which houses ancient Dzongkha and Tibetan textbooks. at each floor balconies, you can see a statue of Bhutan's most important literal/ religious n. People occasionally go around the structure in prayer because the structure houses numerous holy books.

Day 03    Drive to Punakha
After breakfast you will be driven to Punakha. Enroute visit the Dochula pass. On a clear day one can have panoramic views of the eastern Himalaya.
On arrival check in to hotel. Punakha was the old capital of Bhutan and the magnificent dzong is situated on an island in the middle of the river. It is also the winter residence of the Central monastic body.
In the afternoon hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the divine mad monk’s temple. It is a beautiful walk through a lovely village. Also visit Punakha dzong or Pungthang Dechen Phodrang "Palace of Great Happiness" is located on the confluence of two rivers (Phochu and Mochu).

Day 04    Drive to Paro
After breakfast you will be driven back to Paro. On arrival check in your hotel.
Later , you will visit Ta Dzong- once a watchtower, built to defend Rinpung Dzong during inter-valley wars of the 17th century, Rinpung Dzong- Built in 1646 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, the first spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan.

Day 05    Excursion to Tiger Nest
After breakfast you will be taken to Taktshang or 'Tiger's Nest' as it is often referred to for Taktshang Pelphung monastery. It is one of the most venerated and famous of Bhutan's monasteries. Located on the face of a 900m sheer cliff, It is an impressive and unmissable site, but accessible only by walk or to ride mules/pony.

Day 06    Fly Out
After breakfast you will be driven to the airport for your flight back to home.
